实现晶圆缺陷智能高准确率分析

基于昇腾AI基础软硬件与埃克斯提供质检算法，半导体晶圆智能分析解决方案已与各种CIM/IT系统进行深度整合，形成完善的质检分析、溯源以及生产管控系统。采集到晶圆图片后，部署在边缘的Atlas 800 推理服务器可以实时进行缺陷分析，判断晶圆质量，同时将未识别图像回传至云端，云端的Atlas 800 训练服务器基于增量的未识别图片进行持续训练完成模型升级，新模型训练完成后可以直接对端侧模型进行更新，形成边云协同的闭环。
